Which Days - 4 Day Split

Going to change from a Push/Pull/Legs 3 day split to Back+Bis/Chest+Tris/Shoulders/Legs.

As mentioned in another thread my shoulder exercises are being limited due to working too hard on some chest moves.

Weekends im going to keep free. So would something like this work?

Monday - Back + Bis
Tuesday - Shoulders
Weds - Rest
Thurs - Chest + Tris
Friday - Legs

2 days rest between leg session and deadlifting on Mondays.

1 days rest for triceps between overhead pressing for shoulders and then benching/isolations.

No rest between shoulders and back + bis.

Any obvious problems with this?

Yeh I should be ok for now but may get a bit hectic when I start work.

3 days a week was the easy life but no point staying with something that isnt working I guess.
