Which Whey Protein From This List?

Hey Guys Which protein,from the below link, would be best for taking upon waking?

    Do you have to have whey upon waking? ? ? Can you not eat solid protein? ? ?

    Its more convienant for me, I have solid food 15mins later. Which protein would be best from the list upon waking?

    Mate dont have solid food 15 mins after your whey (unless i guess if you are cutting n having whey directly after the morning cardio and then eating your first meal 15 mins after)...have your whey n oats for brekkie then wait an hour or so before next meal...why eat more protein 15 mins later?

    I hear this all the time that people take 20g protein from whey then 30 mins later getting 30g from Eggs Whites. I suppose the logic is that the body requires a fast acting protein source on waking as it's been running on empty for serveral hours, then the eggs act as protien source until the next meal?

    Would it not hurt to just do them together at the same time? or just used 40g protein worth of egg whites?
