Which Whey should I go?!

Hey guys,

Looking for some advice here. I've not long finished bulking up and want to lean up, diet etc is good. Just want to know what Whey Proteins you guys would suggest? Been on "Mass Gainers" for so long I don't know where to look.

Preferably ones on www.bodybuilding4you.co.uk if you could help ;)

I'm thinking of trying Nitro tech or Promax - Both seem pricey though? I'm just about finished on my USN Pure Protein which is really nice. I want to try a few to see what works best. I remember Vyomax being nice, haven't had for about 2 years though - LOL.

Any Advice much appreicated.

Just go for some whey concentrate from one of the bulk suppliers. If you are really worried about carbs while cutting then go for unflavoured or even unflavoured isolate, but for all intents and purposes it probably won't matter too much unless you plan on stepping on stage in a few weeks.

It tastes grand IMO. Wouldn't say it tastes 'nice' but it doesn't taste bad either, it's just like a completely neutral taste. The best way I can describe it would be like, you know the way skimmed milk tastes? It tastes like skimmed milk except 'more' skimmed, lol... Kinda like UHT milk actually. It's grand, it does the job and it's very cost-effective. Plus you can flavour it yourself if you're so inclined.

Currently using Myprotein whey isolate vanilla flavour......it tastes pretty good and mixes well.......if your not to bothered about the very low carb isolate then I would recommend Myproteins Total protein again in vanilla, its the best tasting whey i,ve used but obviously its all down to personal taste. try getting some samples and trying a few out!

Any whey or protein blend from a reputable brand (including bulk) would be suitable here, I very much doubt you'd need to look for an isolate over a concentrate, the carbs in most whey protein shakes is tiny.
