Which body part with which?

Right have been looking at different peoples views opinions etc and its kinda hard to see what the majority train with when it comes to training their bodyparts on certain days..With that I mean some train shoulder/legs,some say chest/back etc etc..you get what I mean..so what I am looking to see here if we could post up what body parts we work with each to see what the general consensus is....I know its a case of different strokes for different folks but wanted to see a bigger picture here...It dont matter if you train 2,3,4 x's and so on in a set week just wanting to see which body part you train with which...so come on guys if you would post yours up I will start it.....

chest tris always before bis as the bicep is used during bench
you can also add shoulders in with tris.

I Train twice a week with 1 lower body movement, 1 pulling movement, 1 pushing movement and 1 tricep or bicep movement.

Have done push, pull, legs before and found it really useful. But tend to favour a full body approach.
