Which is the honest mirror?

You know how you tend to look different in each mirror..

I was wondering which mirror is actually really how you look haha if you get me?

Like i can look at myself and think yeah you dont look to bad today, go to a different mirror and thing wtf is that really what i look like.

And do others see how you look as you see yourself.?

Kind of a weird question haha.

Different lighting too makes a massive difference . Dimmed lights make you look a lot better compared to bright lights .
For some reason all the gym mirrors seem to make me look better than my home ones too , anything to get us to keep training there ...

Both are lying to you. Both are the exact opposite of what you look like.

lighting makes a difference, as does a slight flex on the mirror. slightly concave and you are a bit skinnier, slightly convex and you are a bit bigger*.

*I probably got this the wrong way round.

I always look in different mirrors before and after a workout. The latter is more complimentary.

Haha yes. If I think I've had a substandard workout, I go home without combing my hair. Looking in the mirror would be too much to bear.

I don't even own a mirror. I have to wait until gym time to see how I look.
