Which meal is most important in your dietary plan. Yes.. i know all meals are important, but which one do you focus on most when planning your day/diet.

    with my job i struggle to eat at regular times,so when im training i make sure mt post work out is the best it can be

    Pre workout, get my energy for the intense session

    and

    Post workout to build and recover (I chose this by the way!)

    The ones I focus on the most are the ones I actually put efort in to prepare, all shake orientated meals etc are over with in minutes.........

    The most important to me are my Saturday and Sunday evening meals that are usaully different and with the family.

    so far its a tie between breakfast & post workout.

    i know its not a perfect poll, because all meals are important to BB'ers but interesting to see which meals ppl consider important to them and focus on.
