Which protein powder should I buy?

Help me choose between Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard and BSN Syntha 6.

Yea, the 2 aren't comparable.

Any reason it's just those 2?

Fair enough.

Yea, as Aaron said, BSN is much higher in calories, so it depends on your needs.

Tastes nice but you can taste the sugar.

Just buy an own branded product from one of the many bulk suppliers.   Much cheaper and these days you are near certain you get what you pay for.

LOL im the last person ever to correct anyone on grammar  mate . Im terrible.

I was asking because I was trying to see if you could get the same standard of whey cheaper from elsewhere. When a shop sells something cheap its very rare its actually cheap.

As suspected.

To the OP , its not good mate. The Syntha 6 is 49% protein so your actually getting 449g of protein for the £19.50.

Gold Standard was great a few years back but its in no way the best around now. Go to a bulk supplier you will get all Isolate for that sort of money.

but that's not his goal though... he wants to buy one of those two products in a store right by where he lives.
Otherwise it would be "help me buy a protein powder"...

Out of the two options, its going to be ON whey.

Maybe rob doesnt want to wait until thursday/friday for a bulk supplier to get him his delivery

internet mate, you can order more, better quality and opt for next day delivery and still be better off. Can't see a need where and extra day would matter. But, if the best deal isn't of interest, then I would go ON, as BSN is a pile of junk. it is a joke to even call it a protein powder.
