Whiskey Biscuit Omelet

In this month's Maxim Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, gave this recipe for his favorite meal.

Whiskey Biscuit Omelet

10 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 chicken breast
feta cheese
sliced onion
salt & pepper

Cut chicken into cubes and grill it. Then mix together the eggs, chicken, onion, salt and pepper and put them in the pan on medium high, using Pam. Let the whole thing cook for a bit, then add the feta cheese for taste. Enjoy.

I thought it looked good and figured Id share with the rest of you here.

I love feta...could sit and eat a whole block of it...problem is the salt is a killer.

I did the calculation. Its 783 calories, 30g of fat, and 114g of protein.

Dont know if you guys are familiar with The Rock over in the U.K. The name comes from his "character" on WWF or WWE nowdays...

    I agree...kind of a deceiving name...what can I say.
