Why Did You Start Training??

Did you start training to look good or was it for health benefits? Maybe even both?

I started off because my mates would slag me for being so skinny. Now though the healthy apsect of it is on a par with looking good.

SUCCESS IS MY EFFORT.

I was skinny but years of drinking started giving me a bit of a beer belly and moobs but with still a skinny frame.

Joined the free gym at uni as I wanted to loose weight but once the complements about my new muscles started I couldnt stop and am now training to gain muscle mass and look ok.

I started training when my daughter was born. I knew this guy who's 17 year old daughter was involved with this cokehead parnoid a55 hole. Anyway, he was an older that her, about 23. He bullied her and hit her from time to time. The guy I knew went round to his house after the daughter came back to his house with a black eye. He confronted the guy and the guy beat him up too! This sounds stupid I know, but I thought what if I couldn't protect my daughter? Not just in this type of situation but in any way required. I know violence is not always the answer but with some people it's all they know.

I started training as i was told it would help with anger problems and plus give me and my gf breaks from each other.

I started of really fat and lost all that and then wanted some muscle on me so i didnt look like a stick.

Me and the gf are perfect and get on better then ever my body wont stop growing which is awsome for me but the gf hates it

So in a way BBing changed my life for the best

My main interest began with general physical training and martial arts.

I then moved more into the weight training aspect of it all.
