Why have I put on 1.5 kilo?

Hi everyone! I am really confused. I have been steadily burning off between 1 and 2 kilo per week keeping to a strict diet and gym routine. Weighed in this week at a 1.5 kilo gain?!?!? I have not changed my diet and regime at all and can not see any calorific differences from the last periods. Any ideas?

Most likely retained water. Wouldnt stress it even for a moderately sized person 1.5kg is nothing that a big poo and piss can't lose.

I had a similar scenario myself this week mate , although unlike you there were more variables in my weeks regime that could have accounted for this. It's a mind f*ck but as above don't stress, keep to the plan that has worked thus far and see what next week brings before rushing to change anything.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

Have you ever weighed yourself before and after a big ****? I have. No difference to the scales (which are accurate to 1/4 of a lb). Taking a big piss, however, can easily wipe a kilo off.

OP: it's likely something to do with water. When I'm dieting it's not uncoming to measure 1kg difference every other day on the scales. Trick is to keep your head in the game when you get some bad news and keep perserving. The next week all will be fine.

Common sense tells me this should be the case. But I literally saved up the biggest turd in the world and the scales didn't budge an inch! Pretty certain those scales must be fcuked.

I love a good weigh in pre and post poop... It's amazing what the body can dispose off in one sitting.
