Will 60g extra protein make a difference?

I have added an extra 60g of protein per day to my diet. Will this make any significant difference or will I not really notice anything different?

as long as you dont go over 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight then why not, anymore than that will be either secreted or stored, then this storage will turn into reserved energy i.e. fat.

then again, depends on your daily structure as you might be builder or something.

Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.
There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.

I'm well within my limits, but what i'm meaning is should I notice any strength gains or muscle size increases with adding an extra 60g/day?

I don't think it will be noticeable immediately, but it will help in the long run with building muscle I'd say. Just make sure you don;t go over 40g/hour.
