Will my lower belly flab go away?

Alright so quick insight.
I was obese at 93kg 5'9 and I dropped to 62kg 6'0 within 7 months(i cut too much lol)
And then I again bulked up to 67kg and I still am clean bulking(3000 calories) up to 75-80Kg.
But my lower belly is showing no signs of change and ITS VERY SOFT AND JIGGLY. WILL IT GO AWAY?

It will go away if you cut until its gone. Are you sure its not loose skin ?

Don't know much about loose skin but i'm pretty sure loose skin can only be solved through surgery.

Loose skin will not go I'm afraid, that would require a tummy tuck I think.  Maybe get some professional advice, I've known a few people that have lost a lot of weight and been left with it.

I believe it would tighten up a bit overtime, 7 months is a short period of time.
Depends on how important it is to you.

If you have the resources then have a look at cosmetic surgery , by the look of it doesn`t look like much a challenge for a surgeon.
You could have some liposuction alongside the skin reduction.

I believe skin in children can have a good recovery process, but ask any pregnant women that had stretch marks.  Unfortunately I know of too many people that put on weight that just live with it.  when your skin stretches the collagen and elastic fibers become damaged. As a result, they lose some of their ability to retract.

How long is the average time for it to tighten?

Pretty sure this is loose skin, I have the same issue. I used to be very obese years ago. When I lost weight I also was left with this wobbly bit at the bottom of my stomach. As I've gained and lost weight over the years its always remained to my frustration.
