have you just started if you have get a routine and diet sorted out with pros and train loads, eat loads , rest loads youl see massive gains if you gety everything sorted :)
Yea was just got a diet made up there 2day and a new routine, tho havent seen it, and my gym is closed until Friday now :(
Im gonna be weight lifting mon tues and thurs fri's and cardio for 30 mins 3/4 times...
Currently I dont eat right...
My diet is as follows:
8:00 A banana and greek yogart
10:30 A round of ham salad and Wholemeal bread
1:00 Another round of sandwiches
4:00 1 Apple
6:00 Pasta/Rice a sause for flavor, chicken, and stirfry and a pint of milk
I usually dont eat after my Dinner tho if im Hungry i would take milk rice heated and mixed fruit out of a tin
I have 1-3 cups of tea/coffee a day---> I have cut down to this from my old usual 10 cups, I also have started drinkin Green tea instead at night, for example ive only had one cup of tea and one cupe of green tea 2nite
I drink at least 2 lts of water a day and another 1lt at the gym when trainning
I drink Every saturday nite as i live for the weekend, workin monday-friday at the min: Usually being honest a Bottle of wine before heading out and maybe 6-7 pints when out
I thinks thats about my diet
Any advice?? I Know i dont eat that much, and i Eat 4 rounds of bread a day tho im afraid to pack on the pounds if i eat more of anything....
