IMHO there is really no such thing as natural female bodybuilding. Even for men it's not something at everyone's reach, genetics wise. But that's a discussion for another topic.

Many of the top natural female bodybuilders have been training for years!! Muscle maturity certainly speaks a lot. A close friend of mine is 5 times world champ and has been training for approx 30 years!!

I thought bodybuilding was about building the most muscle, symmetry and condition possible. Different people chose different ways to do that. Sure if you want to look like Lisa Cross you are going beyond natural potential and steroids and other substances are required.

Other women aim to build the most muscle without such things.

I just thought I would give a quick update in how I'm going with my training & thanks to everyone who replied on my post with helpful advice.
I'm still training hard & my body shape has totally changed I am still trying to gain lean muscle & drop body fat but I found I was getting abit set in my training so I now have got myself a PT who has changed my diet and my way of training & Im loving it πŸ˜€ It's not easy but can't wait to see the results he has dropped my carbs & supersets all body parts 3day spilt & I do CV days I'm not weight training
I find though I'm not really getting DOMs after training at all supersets or lifting heavy I do get a pump when training I wondered if everyone gets DOMs or maybe my prework I take & foods etc are right . Ps I will post some pics after I have done 12wk with Pt before & after I'm still aiming to compete in October πŸ˜€ Thanks

Once you've been training a while you need to do something drastic to get DOMS

??? Lol I'm useless with my phone especially if I haven't got my glasses on . Thanks I had a good chat with my PT tonight about this he said not to worry as I have been training a while and my diet good and I must of been training very hard myself πŸ˜€. So he changed up my routine abit tonite had me doing things I haven't done before so I will see tomo aye πŸ˜€Hehee
