Did you just get pasta on its own? No protein source?

Yeah, i know not very good but it was a one of since theres shopping being done so there will be food in the house from today onwards.

whole routine was upset ended up taking 3 weeks of the gym so adjusting back into it.

will try to eat more proepr tomorrow, chicken sandwhiches or sometrhing on wholemeal bread

My advice to you would be to just bring a meal that you would normally eat to work with you in a tupperware container or lunchbox. Chicken and pasta for example, or anything you would normally eat.
