Work laptop - any way round administrator rights??

My home desktop is playing silly buggers so I'm using my work laptop for internet use but it doesn't have Flash Player installed so YouTube vids and similar don't work. Problem is I get this message preventing me from installing it:

Is there any way of bypassing this? I can't approach the IT department because I no longer work at the company any more so any suggestions?
