Working Out My True Fat Burning Zone

Hi guys,

I'm currently bulking but I would like to start some cardio to 'make myself more efficient at burning fat when I begin to cut' as read in the mass gaining article.

How exactly do I work out my fat burning zone so I'm not burning any or much of my muscle gains?

I'm sure this question has been asked millions of times, but like so much of this there is no straight answer! Complicated stuff. I'd be grateful for any help!!

Thanks,

Jake

You would have to get the origin test done, done at Hornechurch in Essex.

See Neb's post for a rough guide.
