Working out protein,carbs etc

I've not been getting the results i'm aiming for recently so have decided to go back to basics.

What formula do you use to calculate how much protein, carbs, fats, calories etc you need each day.

Currently bulking, 92.5kg, 6ft, unsure of bf.

Cheers guys, Dave.

This has to be the most common asked question on the forum just recently.

"Continuous effort -- not strength or intelligence -- is the key to unlocking our potential."

Hi TT. I'll be honest. I've kind of let my self go over the last few months.

I've not really been measuring my foods.....jst been basically filling my plate every 3 hours. Money's tight just now aswell so diet kind off looks like this atm:

9.00am - Bowl full of oats & Semi skinned milk + 7 eggs (2 yolks) or shake if i can't be botherd

12.00 am - Bowl of pasta, 1 ox cube + 1 tin of tuna

3.00pm - Bowl of brown basmati rice & 1 tin tuna

    6.00pm - 8 eggs (2 yolks) + 1 Banana

    7.00pm - Workout

    8.30pm - 2 scoops whey

9-9.30pm - 1 tub (200g) cottage cheese + bowl of oats with semi skimmed milk

12.00pm - 1 tub (200g) cottage cheese + couple spoons of crunchy peanut butter

    Dave.
