Workout Pain - Advice please

Hey, I have been experiencing a couple of different pains when working out, i wondered if any of you guys could help me out or give me advise on how to avois these.

1. Curling Straight Barbell... when my set has ended and i am going to put the bar down my wrists get very very tight and painful especially as i open my hands up. i find i have to take the pain with one then grip my other wrist very tightly as i open my other hand up to avoid the pain. I consider my form pretty good. What could this be? Is there any way to combat it?

2. Skull crushers... I get massive pain in my left elbow at times as i let it down close to my forehead. Very painful and sometimes i feel my elbow pop. I have not had any injury here and again my from is good, (never afraid of dropping the weight). Advice?

Perhaps bad joints?? (my wrists are bad for clicking all the time)

What supplements or things i can add into my diet might aid me?

i had this problem a number of years back and it got to the point where i was starting to experience pain whenever i picked up a DB, i tried all the old tricks but in the end had to have a rest period where i did nothing that involved gripping DB / BB for nearly a month until this settled down. i've had aout 5 years pain free now BUT always use the EZ bar now as I feel that pain returning whenever I curl a straight bar.

i know it does mate but for some reason it didn't cause the pain that the straight bar did.

i could just be a freak of nature but i'll take that over painful forearms anyday!

Yep, I had the same which led to tendonitis in left wrist/forearm. Warm the wrists up before a workout and exercise them lightly afterwards. It seems to prevent any lasting effects. Been thinking of getting an EZ curl bar but space and discs are limited and it's easier as it is.
