Would this be ok?

I decided to try and change things a lil bit. I would like ur guys' thoughts and opinions on this..

The norm is.. Back/Biceps, Chest/Triceps.. that sorta thing.. I found that after doing back exercises it is difficult for me to do bicep lifts. Doing heavy deadlifts and Rows can make it a lil hard to be able to keep good form on curls and other bicep movements..

So I have split up my training like this.. Chest/Triceps, Back/Traps, Legs/Calves, Shoulders/Biceps mixing in abs 1-2 days a week..

Is this going to hurt me in the long run? Or does it really not matter as long as im getting the most out of every lift that i possibly can?

    I would put shoulders with chest, and then work chest/bi's and back/tri's... but make sure these two workouts are spread out since ur tri's will still get worked with chest and ur bi's with back anyway.
