Why don't you want whole food?

What are you goals and aims? To be honest, this is quite a shocking diet. The majority of your protein is from shakes, and there is almost no whole food? Are you trying to get extremely lean? If you want to put on size, this would be extremely counter productive.

I need to lose a lot of fat, I'm not looking to bulk up. The reason for shakes is handyness due to working shifts. But I could exchane 1 or 2 shakes with chicken. I could pre cook a few to las a couple of days in advance.
    Thanks for the replies

If it's just fat loss, then, sure, I no doubt you'd imagine you'd lose weight BUT can you really sustain yourself everyday on just mackerel and protein shakes? Wouldn't you end up relapsing? You need some substance.

I suppose I could try it and see how I get on. If I get too hungry too often I'll add in more whole foods instead of shakes

    Thanks again
