Wrist dislocation problem
Hi all,
I have just started weight training and am taking it easy on the amount of weight I am using.
However, doing reverse wrist curls I have noticed that my right wrist clunks out of joint and back in again on the curl down. I suspect it could be a congenital problem.
Does anyone know if doing less weight and training it up will cure this, or are there any other exercises I could substitute that may not cause me this problem??
all the best,
B

Just do normal wrist curls.. you don't really reverse your wrists on any other exercises so it shouldn't effect your progress.

Welcome to MT!
To be honest I wouldn't worry with movements like wrist curls if you're just starting out
Just stick to the compounds and you'll do fine
