Better for beginners to training...its trying to basically mix strength training into a cutting/recomp phase...within 4 weeks, can be cycled...personally i prefer to..
Bulk up from November thru till Jan, lean bulk from then for a few months.
Then cut for summer, ranges from 2-3 months
After this i do a dedicated 5x5 strength training programme, pryamiding up the weights for 2/3 months before bulking again.
Works for me, and in comparison Y3T i found very restricting, and doesnt excel in any 1 area tbh, imo
