YIB needs advice...

ok im starting to get bored with all this stuff...meaning my diet, training, and cardio...

i need some help

my diet has gone through the floor and i really dont think the way i was eating was working for me...

basically i just want to get lean and retain some muscle mass

instead of posting seperate threads for each and everything, im just going to post my questions here...hopefully u guys can advise me along the way and answer my questions....thnx

im 5'2, bf...probably bad..i get a bit if i pinch my stomach...ummm i dont no, im able to see separations in my delts...and some abs...around 130lbs

i want to go back to when i was 115lbs...

so considering this can u guys tell me how often i should be eating something and wut....and the p/c/f breakdown

im doing about 3x60min cardio....is this enough? and weights 3x a week

I think you need to get your situation into perspective YIB. You may find your problem is more of a mental than a physical one. A bit of fit and some abs sounds like you are quite lean to me!

Is it possible you have increased muscle mass and lost fat? This would explain the limited weight loss you have experienced. I also think getting your BF% measured regularly would be a more accurate gauge of progress.

You would definitely be better paying a visit to the diet and nutrition forum for dietary advice - from what you post you definitely have the basics of nutrition sorted.

In general I think you are suffering from a loss in confidence, this happens to everyone but what makes people different is the way they respond and recover to it - dont be the type that quits and eats junk food all day!

thnx T-Bone....and dont worry i wont be the type to quit and eat junk food all day, lol....It probably is a confidence thing....im sure i'll get over it, soon hopefully...but anyways, in the meantime i will continue with wut im doing and continue to follow all u guys advice

i will try to get my bodyfat measured regularly...most likely help me stay on track...

I Have gained some muscle...not a great deal...but some...so, like u said...thats probably why im limited in weightloss...

Both of you have got me thinking positively...thnx alot
