Lol...anytime YIB. I never was much for BBall. But, I have a journal going as does Pusha, best thing I ever did. Much easier to find out what is and what isn't working for me.

Just post what your coach has got you doing...maybe some polymetrics? I'm sure with everyone on here, we can make a sport specific routine just for you. Good luck!

All the best YIB, keeping a journal wether on MT or not is the best thing you can do.
They are invaluable because as you get better you have a record of your progress - right now I can go back and look at a workout from a year ago - and smile because it is all there and I cannot deny the improvement!
and you know what they say - Keep a diary and one day it will keep you!

    lol at the "issues"

well when u put it like that, only a few hundred ppl....no pressure at all, lol!!!! i was just ashamed of monday and tuesday cuz i didnt eat much...but i got cut so i can continue doing my own thing, no interruptions.

i was so mad today when i got cut, the coach already had the team picked and let me come those two days for nothing, so i just wasted my time, i got a little mad and smacked the locker a little too hard (left a dent) hahahahahaahaa!!! it was funny though cuz the teacher near me just let me do it, im guessing she agreed with me, lol. seriously though if i saw the coach something bad mightve happened, maybe nothing physical........hahahaha, no im not that violent...and i took it out on the locker so it was all good.

then in class i had to defend all u bodybuilders out there...lol, u see we were having a debate about fame in politics and stuff, so obviously arnold came up, and then one of the floor speakers mentioned that he was stupid because he had big muscles, o man did i get on his back...then he kept quiet cuz i pretty much destroyed him....hahaha

    ill pop in later

the training is coming fine, im comfortable with it now thnx for asking, i like the shoulder separtions i got, lol and im seeing alot of other improvements, now im just looking to keep as much muscle as i can and lose some fat and keep it that way... folks r pretty much the same, now they complain i dont eat enough, lol they cant make up theyre minds...im slowly getting them to eat differently though ( i think the results are convincing them slowly, but they wont admit it) lol, and my brother actually like the taste of my whey...

dont worry ill start posting my diet so that u ppl can all tell me how bad it is....lol, no actually its not that bad...im just laying off the tuna for a while (so sick of it)

Good show sticking up for us BBers - I had a similar thing at work - and they were giving it all this and that with the usual stereotypes -
and I just went yup - all a bunch of drugged up meatheads with no brain - can barely string a sentence together between us!
Should I add that I havent been out of the top 3 in my team since 2 weeks out of training! (when those giving it all out have been there longer and do much worse than me, and they come and ask me stuff!)

    and get that diet posted

You were glad to get pi55ed at the coach - now do we all remember what happened when Michael Jordan got cut?

    today was back/biceps

    i did
    4 sets 15 r deadlifts
    4 sets 15 r bent over rows
3 sets 9/7/5 db curls (at the same time)

i still didnt get my whey, grrrr i wouldve gone out but because i have to take the bus and walk a lot i didnt cuz it was pouring rain...and i kind of had english project to do. anyways so i had alot of milk instead, i hate doing that, in the morning on empty stomach i did about 20-25 minutes of skip rope, and then a couple of hours after my weights i did 20 minutes of pilates, focusing on abs.

i totally had no appetite today, i never felt the need to eat something except for right after the skipping, that was it. i dont no wuts wrong, this usually doesnt happen, but lately its happening and i dont like it. i didnt record wut i ate today but i made sure i had a little something something about every 2 and a half 3 hours.

my goals for tomoro is to do my cardio in the morning and then again at night...im pretty sure this is going to happen no sweat...lol...and my other goal is to get whey as soon as possible.

ok i did my cardio and it was fun cuz i was skipping, lol, actually it got boring after about 3 minutes...i just didnt write anything down, of the things i ate, but its basically the same everyday, with the supper changing....
its so hard to eat at school without my supps, im so mad that i cant get them until like friday, im going to try to go thursday at least...its really hard

anyway today this about wut i ate so far

-bowl of oatmeal w/1% milk, my mom wont buy skim milk, uhhhhh, parents...
-3 cracker things, (there was nothing else) w/mozarella cheese
    -stick of celery
    -plum
dont think i had anything else

    then at school i had:
tin of tuna with mayonaise, and some soynuts, and like 3 starburst, lol, ya its really hard without supps...anyways
-banana on bus with a couple of soynuts
then i got home and ate:

salmon, with salad, spoonful of leek soup that i tasted, some more cheese, mozarella and havarti, thats about it....

now im going to train and then mainly have only milk and more veggies

i no my diet is terrible, i just have to get my whey and then organize myself, im going to buy some wholemeal flour and make the damn bread myself...parentssssssssssssss, and im going to find some cheaper skim milk powder if possible and im going to add that to my tapioca thing...ill pop in later

ill add the time i approx. ate at later on, i have to go train

YIB, i second what pusha said. My wife trains heavy with 5x5, deadlifts more than many men and she is very "feminine", hasn't lost a bit of it. She is aiming to get strong and toned, toning comes from dieting and cardio, strength from lifting heavy ass weights!
