Yet another Diet plan seeking advice
Im 28 years old, 5'11 and weigh 17st, aiming to get back in shape, I have a good weights programme im using, cut out beer and red meats and this is my diet.
7.00 – Eggs x3 poached or scrambled
9.00 – Shredded Wheat, Banana/ Apple, acai berry pil
12.00 – Tuna(tin) / Chicken salad, 150g of fat free cottage cheese, and oat bar and acai berry pill
3.00 – Protein Shake + piece of fruit
5/6.00 – Fish/Chicken/ Turkey – with greens and either brown rice or cous cous + Yoghurt/dried fruit+ acai berry pill
Train Weights Mon/Weds/Fri/ Sat – Run Tuesday/Thursday – Rest Sunday
9.00 Protein Shake
Would like to puts oats into this not sure what people do with them? mix them with protein and water?
