Well you dont want to be deadlifting twice a week. Plus, there is no work for your hamstrings on leg day. Stiff legged deadlifts will work your hams, - so I would replace normal DLs with SLDLs.
Tris, both of those exercises aint bad for tris at all, - consider adding in skullcrushers, - or (got any cables?) cable push downs with a curly stell bar attachment, but face away from the stack so the cable goes over your head (if you see what i mean), - i like these :)
