Your Most Important Food

I am talking about people on a bulking diet, which food do you personally view as the most important to your diet and why .................

    I would have to say eating steaks yields the best results for me in terms of size/strength.

    Same as Ink, I have lean beef (with veg) pre workout. There's something in beef I don't get from eggs or tuna.

    dont have a most important. Each food has its own merrits and as such is useless on its own.

    Its like saying what is the most important part of the car, engine ??, but without wheels and engine is useless and visa versa

    tuna is probably my biggest stapple, mainly cos its the only thing i can afford to eat everyday

    Totally agree

    However, the easiest source of protein for me personally to consume has always been cottage cheese

    I can eat a 300g tub as if it was a yoghurt

    Agree with cliff, but....

    from a personal point of view cashews are important for me as i like them and they help me to easily accumulate cals without feeling too full (same goes with most fats).....

    but its the overall diet that contributes to bulking not one item
