Your cutting principles, plans and tips

Hello all,

Currently in week 5 of my cycle on Test, EQ and DBOL, going to cut on just test and eq at week 7.

so id like to know your best tips on cutting and what you feel helps you the most to cut?

currently sitting at 87KG, got decent definition, outline of abs when tensed and top 2 kinda pop out (can tell there's a bit of chubba there) so im gussing 15% bodyfat? hoping to reach a lean 82/3kg by the end of this cycle

looking to cut to sub 10% before recomping/lean bulking with good ol' uncle Tren... and mast

Cheers

Cutting on EQ 😮.....one of the best add in bulk meds though 👍 keep an eye on your hematocrit too.

Thanks Silent Rep, luckily i dont get the hunger from EQ, maybe its because I've always had a huge appetite (been kicked out of buffets before) or because i fast. thanks for the info on the hematocrit, personally i feel EQ is versatile for cutting and bulking.. dare i even say good for recomping?

Stokie, i feel that basic calorite deficit is simple, however what helps you in consistently maintaining the deficit? personally i find KETO and IF helps massive also Yohimbine murders my appetite
