Thanks Silent Rep, luckily i dont get the hunger from EQ, maybe its because I've always had a huge appetite (been kicked out of buffets before) or because i fast. thanks for the info on the hematocrit, personally i feel EQ is versatile for cutting and bulking.. dare i even say good for recomping?
Stokie, i feel that basic calorite deficit is simple, however what helps you in consistently maintaining the deficit? personally i find KETO and IF helps massive also Yohimbine murders my appetite
