Your favourite training videos.

I saw this a few years ago before I even really knew the difference between powerlifting and olympic weightlifting. It was the most insane training video I had ever seen. If you haven't witnessed him before, here he is, the legend Pyrros Dimas.

Body Weight - 83kg
Bench - 145kg
Squat - 190kg
Clean & Jerk - 129kg
Snatch - 98kg

Seen that video so many times, Pyrros is an absolute legend! He's the one who inspired me to try some oly lifting.

The way he power cleans all the way up to 180kg or whatever it was is ridiculous.

It's insane to think when he picks up 180kg it feels like when we lift 90kg. For a 80kg'ish lifter as well. Immense.

Love watching that bar bend, all wobbly, good video.

The way he casually jerks that into the overhead position! Unreal.

The end to that video is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn't look real.

Brett Gibbs, Connor Lutz, Stephen Manuel and Tom Martin come to mind. All IPF powerlifters in 83-105 classes.
