Your top 5 sources of protein?

Where do you get most of your protein from in your day (ideally in rank order, with 1 being your most common source)?

mine:

1) Chicken
2) Sardines
3) Steak
4) Protein shakes/bars
5) Tuna

    2,3 sometimes rotate but they're pretty equal.

    My protein intake comes from 4 sources only.

    Egg Whites - anything from 1-2 bottles per day, 1 minimum
    Chicken - 2 large chicken breasts per day
    CNP Protein Slam (Post workout)
    Milk (mixed with the egg whites)

    I always vary what I have. Dont have a set routine at the moment, I just eat with consideration to my day as a whole.

    Usually -

    Chicken
    Beef
    Eggs
    Fish / Seafood of some kind
    Milk Protein Concentrate

    Steaks/Beef
    Fish (Mackeral,tuna,salmon)
    Whey
    MPC
    Eggs

    Chicken and Diary (yogurt,skim milk cottage cheese,quark) not far behind
