I have done it for over a year now, No eating between 10.00 p.m. to 1.00 p.m. I consume the majority of my calories between 7.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m.
I initially started it to loose weight, it helped me loose 20kgs.
I think the only reason i would revert back to having an earlier meal now would be if i was trying to put on some weight on as i understand from what i have read it does not seem to be a great method for muscle gain.
I like it a lot, i actually feel a lot better mentally when i am not eating and it gives me a good amount of time in the day where i don't have to think about food at all.
The only weird effects I have from it are, cold hands and feet before I eat and the fact I can’t remember the last time I felt the feeling of being hungry.
