ZMA and milk

I know you're not supposed to drink milk within a certain time of taking ZMA, as it cancels it out, is it at least half an hour before? Cheers.

    zma:

    30mg zinc
    450mg magnesium
    10.5mg B6

    or similar

to help sleep and increase testosterone (how effective that is is another Q)

should be taken before bed on empty stomach or if you eat before bed have it 30 mins before you last meal (because of absorbtion issues i belive)

On a side note, it is ok when taking multi-vit in the morning? It says 100% RDA of zinc on the packet.

I assumed so. I've never really taken RDA that seriously, I mean look at how different people are, there can't be one specific amount for everybody
