a few no xplode questions

hey all, bought myself some bsn no xplode. friday was the first time ive ever used this product.

i started with 1 and a half scoops, it woke me up a little bit but apart from that all i experienced was a bit of dizzyness. is this normal? and sh0ould i up the dosage or lower it?

also there's creatine in no xplode, but i only train 4 days a week, so to keep the creatine in my system should i take a scoop of no xplode on off days? seems like an extra 3 scoops a week is a bit of a waste. could i just take a dose of normal creatine? as i still have some CEE tabs left over.

cheers, chris.

    hi mate

for me i notice that when i take some pre wrkouts and i have eaten milk or fats prior within 1 hour i do not get the same affect. I did not have this probelm with NO xpl though.

I would up your dose to 2 full scoops and re-asses

as for creatine - dont bother with NO on days off - waste ! If you got some other cheap creatine :
    monohydrate
    cee
    kre-akylyn

just take them on days off

    good luck

Make sure take plenty of water with the NOXplode, high caffeine content will flush you out and I get dizzy if haven't drunk plenty with it. I'd still stick with one and half scoops for a bit and only up if still nothing from it

I'm with mdm as well, don't use on days off

The caffeine and simple sugars can cause you to feel dizzy. I don't rate no explode personally get nothing beneficial from it.

I would go for 1 1/2 scoops and as alex has mentioned stay hydrated, dehydration may of casued the dizziness you speak of,  i would buy something like creatine mono and dose it everyday at about 5g, and just take no xplode pre weights workouts.

Food generally affects the absorption rate of preworkout supplements so yes will work better on empty stomach. But then who works out on an empty stomach? Best bet would be to eat 1.5-2 hous before the workout then consume the preworkout formula along with with BCAAs. Some already contain these which is good.

All4n, what would your recommendation of NO product be?

I don't use NO products mate. Tried a few preworkout products such as DY Nox and NO explode. DY was too jittery and get nothing from NO explode besides feeling ill after too many scoops.

One product i did rate though was BSD Reloaded, found this pretty good for focus.

RPM worked ok first few times i tried it, but looses its effectiveness very easily i think.

If i was to try another product i'd probably go for Nano Vapor just to try it, don't have any major expectations for it though.

The primary effects of a preworkout formula IMO should be focus, but sadly most are are pretty poor and at most just give you a caffeine buzz but i'm pretty insenstive to caffeine now so don't get much from it. But when people do get this buzz becasuse they don't take many stimulants they think it's great.

yeah ive never bothered trying an NO product before myself, always questioned the legitimacy of them as a training aid. but when i come off this cycle (being a 6 month cycle) i wanted to hit a few "natural" products in an attempt to keep focus, drive, strength etc...

beta alanine, creatine, cissus drol on the list so far, was considering an NO product but dont think ill bother!

I used BSD Reloaded during PCT actually, it's the only product of this sort i've actually found to be effective to be honest. It doesn't containe and rely on caffeine either. Lots of food and glutamine helped more tho but then peptides/slin would help even more i'm sure but they're not so cheap
