aas and broken bones

I just broke my hand (Boxers Break) for the third time about a week ago. I can still bench and do all other exercises it is just painful and I am forced to change my grip on bench so the majority of the weight is resting on the thumb area of my palm, still I manage. Just out of curiosity would aas speed up the time it takes for my hand to heal?
