about franky ny rotine

i think it is pukka BUT one thing that i cant seem to get out of me head on the chest day
he said flat or incline dumbell-thats ok
then dips then shoulders- hows this making u train your triceps and shoulders effectively. i think ure not training your shilders and triceps enough or am i wrong
coz waht i do one one day i do shoulder presses 3x5 then miltarey presses 3x5 then legs tell a lie legs before that.
and on chest day i do falt dumbels then dips then close grip maybe skull crushers

pls help me out pls explain to me if i use frankys workout and i do f5x5 on flat dumbells then 5x5 weighted dips but only put weight if i can do 5x5 without wiehgts then do sholder presses . afetr doing all the bench the dips wont i use the tricep a bit so therforwe i wont have enough strenght to do shoulders since that involves triceps

I liked this routine alot but I have some questions.I will really appreciate your answers..
1:NOTICE: THIS ROUTINE ASSUMES AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF BREAK IN TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS.
    what does that mean?
2:I havent done any workout for 9 months.I am quite skinny now actually I've never been a big guy but I was OK..Do you think this routine is suitable for me for a new start?I want to bulk up really fast..
Thank you for all your answers in advance..

5x5 is very hard on the body, Frankie is saying (he details it somewhere in the 20-odd pages) that its much safer to do 6-9 months of 10rep training to let your body get used to the weights its going to be shifting.

as for your second question, from the feedback in the thread its safe to say its a good mass building routine. however, since you havent trained for 9 months you might be better off finding one of the other routines listed in here that will allow your body to get back into training before pounding it like this routine calls for

Yep its for weighted mate, as long as you can do 5x5 (or very close to it) with your selected weight.

Personally I'd go with Robs suggestion
Dips (Working Chest, Shoulder and Tris)
    Overhead Press (Shoulders & Tris)
    Close Grip Bench (Mainly Tris)

That should be fine mate as long as you do tricep dips : keep body straight and not leaning forward and keep elbows in and not flared out this will put more of an emphasis on triceps !
Also i only go as far down so that my upper arm is just below parallel with the bar any further and i believe that it puts too much stress on the shoulder !!

    Fine.

Fine. Come down to at least the collarbone if using a bar.

    5x5 weighted dips

Fine. Lean forward and put your elbows out, go to Triceps parallel or further if it feels comfortable to you.

That's all you need to do, and you'll know if it's overtraining if you can't add weight at regular intervals.
