Don't seem like alot of routines mention ab exercises or just say wed abs +...... what should I be doing weighted crunches leg raises or a whole bunch of different exercises? Go on give me some ab exercises!!!
Oh and I know some of you think six packs are for girls!!!!!!

if you are aiming for mass mate then IMO i would do abs once a week on leg day - either weighted leg raises or weighted crunches at 3/4 sets of 12
