abs on bulking

hey guys. I was gone for 3 years. now im back and bulking ;)

so yeah, im bulking right now but also want to increase my abdomen as much as i can so i was wondering what to add to my routine (since I dont have any dirrect ad exercises, aside from the indirect ones like Bench Pressing).
I'm on 5x5 right now, since that has really worked for me in the past.

Im very thankful for any help that I can get.

    Well my indirect ab work comes much more from heavy deadlifts and squats as opposed to benching. That works them fine for me at the moment.

    If i do any direct work then i find basic floor crunches and hanging leg/knee raises are enough.

    When you say you want to increase your abdomen do you mean you want to get visable abs?

    If so, this has a lot to do with diet / bodyfat levels.

    Well it's not that I want them visible right now, since im bulking anyways. I just want them to be there, to grow.

    Like noname, for me at present I find compounds such as squats and deadlifts work them well
