what do you have wit with toast?

If not could try something sweet, sounds weird I know, but some vanilla, sweetener and cinammon... if its on toast, maybe some tobasco, chilli, chives etc?

Lots of pepper, and full eggs, don't waste your eggs! It's a crime.

Herbs, spices. chilli powder or tandoori powder work well with eggs, parsley, chives, chopped onions, mixed dried herbs. Plum tomatoes

Yes if it fits in with your diet then it's fine.

    encona sauce. done deal.

Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.
There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.

    Encona sauce - wassat, then...?

I like to do things posh and add smoked salmon, with chopped fresh dill and parsley (though probably not the best if you're cutting - or is it...? I'm clueless, me!).

Otherwise it's that tomato & Worcester sauce stuff. Extra light Philly (or equivalent) on the toast, too (oh and Marmite - though not with salmon, obviously! I'm just a Marmite addict (which some say makes me certifiable...))

you can use lots of things.
    Chives
    Smoked salmon
    Fried peppers and onions
    Mushrooms
Pasta and Parmesan cheese (sautee some garlic and cooked ham first), like a carbonarra.
Grated black truffle is lush but pricey
