adding t3/4

ive read that adding 25mcg of t3 ed to a bulk is good for gains would 100mcg t4 have the same effect
?

started at 68kg
PB,s
bench: 170kg 3 reps cg 155kg single
deadlift: 5 reps 245kg 1RM 260kg @knee height
squat: 200 kg 2 reps
clean and press 100kg 2 rep 110 1RM
weight:108kg bf 14%~

    its not a requirement though mate and is prolly best left to those with more cycle history etc.

    you will yourself making gains quickly enough without using thyroid drugs if you have little historical use of AAS. i personally don't think its a good recommendation nor required in your position, but its your choice ofcourse. if you were someone i knew in the gym and asked my i'd be saying i'd leave T4 or T3 alone for now mate.

    well i will be getting some t4 for my cut soon and will have a few spare so i thought id stick them in with my bulk

    started at 68kg
