adding test prop to fight gyno??

I have been having problems lately with gyno and I have been struggling to control it. Further to this I was having a chat with someone from my gym (supposed to be really knowledable) and his advice was to take arimidex at 1mg per day to suppress estrogen and add some test prop to my cycle (which is only test e at the min seeing as I dropped the deca).

His reasoning for this is that he said that there was obviously a shift in hormone balance that started my gyno off and he said that I need to shift it again for it too stop. By adding the test prop into the cycle he says my test levels will rise and by taking the 1mg of arimidex per day that will control the estrogen and thus making a shift in my hormone balance. He said that it is not guaranteed to work, but for him it has worked in the past.

What do you guys think of this??

It seems backwards to control gyno to me, but he says that it worked for him.

In his words, it would be to create a shift in hormones in favour of test. He said to use prop because it is a short acting ester and if it doesnt work can be stopped straight away.

Could there be anything in this?

Also would there be any benefit in taking proviron and armidex together?

Shouldn't need it. But if you have the money Can't say it would hurt.

arimidex and .5-1mg will do the trick. T-Prop will do nothing to assist in fighting gyno brother
