adivce please incorp some gpp into routine

i have a decent rotuine and like to change and develop it from advice on here
id know like to incorp some odbject lifts and grip work into rotuine
i have saved j5 odd object post and lots of other stuff
read the journels etc
after re reading me dino training and way of life id like to intro some ggp stuff
how do you guys fit it in and when as id like to still do a bb rotuine but also fit in objects/grip sutff
i have my carido and flexabilty rotuine down i want to round things off and add you stlye stuff
if you could just tell me how you guys fitted it in with your ruoutines

    I added an extra day onto my split making it 5 days (of working out) it goes like this:

    bench press
    military press
    ivanko gripper

    d/b rows


    neck bridge
    leg raises

    turkish get-ups
    ivanko gripper
    and keg lifting (when I get one)

    As you can see my whole split os over 8 days, it works well for me.

    There might be alternative but I prefer that as I find it doesn't hinder my strength on my barbell/dumbell lifts.
