RE: adivce please incorp some gpp into routine
I added an extra day onto my split making it 5 days (of working out) it goes like this:
and keg lifting (when I get one)
As you can see my whole split os over 8 days, it works well for me.
There might be alternative but I prefer that as I find it doesn't hinder my strength on my barbell/dumbell lifts.
