advice

Hi all , looking for advice on my course that I have and about to start .
I first took test 400 back in 2013 but after some serious consideration thought it's time to bulk up , my course I have is sus 250 3 10ml vials dianabol methandrostenolone 10mg (100 tabs) also have my milk thistle and my pct blend which combine of 20mg of tamoxifen and 50mg of clomiphene citrate. I just wanted to Know if anyone's took a similar course , any sides and best time to take in the day , I've researched for months and have learnt everyone's different and everyone is different , current stats are im 23 5ft11 11.2 stone , 2500 calories of clean food getting my carbs from uncooked oats , also I will be uping my protein to 158g a day any advice helpful

    Best advice i can give you is, stay away from any aas or ph just yet.  Man you are 23 and 11.2 stone you have still natural potentials.  If you start feeding your body with aas now , no chance you will build muscle naturally afterwords. Seriously

    No, seriously, you need to eat more and train for a few years yet.

    I've always been same size since I left school I've trained for mma and gymed on and off for years all I do is tone , I've a six pack that been same since 2006 ha , just want the weight to go with and the size tried. Various diets shakes jumped on to test 400 to give me a boost and got no where !

    We understand your reason. We all have been there. Eat more, train hard, Get enough sleep, give up on smoking(if you smoke). Food is the key mate. If you are struggling to put muscle on at the age of 23, that is down to diet.

    Thats another evidence of poor diet mate.
    Be wise and leave drugs just now.  You will succeed if you take our advice.

    Spend it on food ? 
     
    If you are determined to try AAS again then the cycle that P.B. suggested will work but only if you have Diet, rest and training sorted (in that order of importance)
    No amount of AAS are going to work without the other factors being in place.

    Thanks for the concern
    As it happens, I am suffering from a spot of insomnia in the recent past. I've been considering seeing my GP but I think I've got the measure of it and I'm sure it will improve soon. Ultimately, I think it's down to mild CTS - at least my mind's at ease knowing my hgh is good.
     
    Unfortunately in the meantime, the mild numbness in my fingers makes it difficult to activate my special 'Ban Button'

    I just want to bulk and I don't tend to become an addict I just want to put extra size on and cut after ward's just going to do this course with proper advice and pros and cons I've already purchased them and are waiting and have been for a couple week just wanting the best advice from people that have used before and wanting as much tips as possible

    Hi Sean, briefly, i used steroids at your age, thought i knew it all, but knew fek all. Looking back, i could of made some big gains without the use of steroids using the advice above, gains that would have made a solid foundation. Knowledge is the key, i suggest you do some reading, the book "Brawn", will help. Your routine is lacking the big compound lifts, you need to incorporate them into your training, deadlift and squat. Often see young lads in the gym wasting their time pissing about spending an hour on their biceps:). Stick to bench press, squat, deadlift, and pull ups as your main training. Im 44 now, with a lot less testosterone than you (probably:(), and i managed to add nearly 2 stone without steroids. You got all the time in the world, train right for a while and see how it goes.

    I said that 20 years ago n never looked back lol...
