advice on diet

I'm currently 88kg 14%bf 5' 7" I'm looking to continue bulking I was 72kg when i started, I'm about to use another cycle for 12 weeks and want to put as much size on as possible,

I'll list my diet but can you tell me whats missing? and what I need to add

7.00 35g whey protein, 100g oats

9.30 100g chicken breast, 200g brown rice

12.00 100g chicken breast, 200g brown rice

3.00 125g tuna, 150g brown rice

5.00 PreWO, 20g whey, 50g oats

6.00 train

7.30 PostWO 50g whey, dextrose, maltodextin, 1 scoop of each (50g scoop)

8.30 70g tuna, 70g brown rice

10.30 50g myprotiens bedtime formula, micellar casein and whey total protien 47grams

Any help would be greatly appriceated!!!

    9.30 and 12.30 meals are too heavy on carbs.

    200 grams of rice is ~150 grams of carbs.

    3pm - Reduce rice here too.

    PPWO - Add more carbs here.

    10.30pm - Reduce the protein here and add some healthy fats here from flax oil, seeds, nuts, natural peanut butter, oily fish, etc...

    Your diet is very low on healthy fats and EFAs.

    9.30 100g chicken breast, 200g brown rice (UP CHICKEN TO ABOUT 125-150G AND REDUCE CARBS TO 100-150G AND ADD LOAD OF VEG)

    12.00 100g chicken breast, 200g brown rice (SAME AS ABOVE)

    3.00 125g tuna, 150g brown rice (ADD VEG, POSSIBLY LOWER CARBS TO 100G AND ADD EFA'S)

    5.00 PreWO, 20g whey, 50g oats

    6.00 train

    7.30 PostWO 50g whey, dextrose, maltodextin, 1 scoop of each (50g scoop)

    8.30 70g tuna, 70g brown rice (UP CARBS AND TUNA AND ADD VEG - TIN OF TUNA IS ABOUT 100G WHICH IS ABOUT 25G OF PROTEIN SO CAN DEFINATELY ADD MORE)
