advice on next step (2nd cycle)
right hi guys
i dont have a cycle in mind, more of advice to help me choose. basically i run a test e 500 and Dbol cycle last year (check my posts) and it went well. didn't have any sides other than a slight problem with the numb leg on my last few pins.
i have 5 amps of alpha pharma test E, Arimidex and loads of legit Dbol left to use, the dates are up this year and i am going away on holiday in 5 months so i would like to use them up save them going waste.
I gained good mass last time and kept (some) mass but kept most the strength, however my bodyfat was too high and is still now so i am looking to do a recomp this time and drop some good bodyfat. Yes i could do this diet alone, but i have gear that will go waste and i don't want to specifically bulk as such. i kept most my strength gains and i do mostly Strongman/power-lifting style training.
How about test E again 10-12 weeks as a staple
Dianabol 1-5 weeks @ 40mg
W 3-10 Arimidex 0.25mg EOD (i had excessive bloat last time, no gyno issues though)
not sure if to throw anything else in this time such as anavar??
Thinking something simple again and just set my body into the right "zone" to let the diet do it's magic.
