advice please...

Hi all,
I was looking for some advice.. I have used same all-in-one shake as post-wo (unsure if i can say brand/name?) for past three months, also just finished a pre-workout supplement. (used for past month)
My question is should i stay with same pwo shake and pre-workout? Or change and get away/break from the stims as such?
Anyone who takes the time to reply, is appreciated.

if it works mate, carry on using it. If you are getting results why change ? If your using an all in one it is good to take a break from creatine, its recommended on most brands i think.

I can't see any reason to change the PWO shake if you feel it is working for you.
If your pre-WO supplement contains stimulant ingredients it might be a good idea to take a break as your body will become adapted to them and they will lose effectiveness. But then again it depends how often you take them. If you're only training 2 or 3 days a week and have 4 or 5 days a week off from the stims then your body won't adapt to them as much if at all.
