I would defo cut the carbs down.
Personally I would avoid big carb sources after around 5:00. But I tend to train very early in the morning or early afternoon.
Although if you're training late i'm not sure if that's ideal. I think it would be better to have your carbs in close proximity with your workouts.
What're you current stats
Height, weight, bf%
I would cut you carbs down to get rid of some cals, maybe even a bit of protein and fat also but not a lot.
Find you maintenance cals and start from there.
