after bulking for 4 years time to cut for the first time.... advice needed

Hi all,
I will start my first ever cut at the start of next month. I intend to do fasted cardio in the morning, on tues, thurs and sat, while weight train in mon, weds and fri (at around 8.30pm)
Below is my current bulking diet.

Now my question is what is the best way of cutting teh calories, do i decrease the carbs slightly from each meal (so i am still having carbs with each meal)? or do i cut carbs totally from some meals e.g. evening and lunch? and only have the during training?

Thanks!!!

I would defo cut the carbs down.

Personally I would avoid big carb sources after around 5:00. But I tend to train very early in the morning or early afternoon.

Although if you're training late i'm not sure if that's ideal.  I think it would be better to have your carbs in close proximity with your workouts.

    What're you current stats
    Height, weight, bf%

I would cut you carbs down to get rid of some cals, maybe even a bit of protein and fat also but not a lot.

Find you maintenance cals and start from there.

what is low for one person (you) may be high for someone else. Some people tolerate carbs more so than others too.

Makes sense now then thank you. That's why I asked you're weight for the bulk.

I'd personally stay around that level or carbs for now and add some cardio in..see how you get on and then perhaps reduce carbs as you see fit. Maybe lower them a bit at the start by getting rid of the oats with your whey in the evening snack.

I would certainly reduce carbs for cutting.

How much weight have you been gaining per week on the above diet as this will help calculate a good starting calorie target to cut?
