alcohol

basically i'm a student and like getting pissed

i'm guessing lager isn't the best thing to be drinking

maybe vodka and diet cokes ?

what do you drink ?

    Calorieswise larger is quiet high so maybe go with white wine or vodaka and a diet drink of some sort yeah...

    Students love to get pissed it's part of student life isn't it? Alcohol and body building don't mix it's either one or the other.

    just dont post asking how you can make the best gains
    calories wise a straight double vodka = half the cals of a pint of beer yet same units
    does this mean thats ok? not really as its not the calories per se its the influence of alcohol on hormonal functioning

    I still enjoy a good piss up every now and then and i enjoy body building too. Suppose it depends what level you want to get to. If you're body building for competition then i agree that no alcohol is the way ahead but if you're body building to make yourself look more attractive and for general healthiness then whats wrong wiith a few pints every now and then?

    You'll still gain, just not as well.

    you can combine the 2 but its the balance that is key. Getting p1ssed 2-3times a week will hinder progress. Going out once a month will have minimal impact IMO.

    agreed...alcohol is worst thing for a BB

    ive dropped an inch of my waist since i stopped drinking 2 weeks ago

    I used to drink every weekend but haven't for over a month now. Feeling leaner, looking younger (so I've been told!). That said nowt wrong with a blowout every 4 - 6 weeks IMO


    Most users ever online was 15581 at Aug. 18 2007 6:04:00.

    Try Chateau Palmer, preferably the legendary 1961, though it’s past its best now, by all accounts.

    Your gains won’t suffer at all if you stick to Palmer, because you’ll only be able to afford roughly a bottle a decade.
