all in one powders HELP!!!!

Hey guys, this is a little bit of a tricky question but i hope you can help. What is the best sorce to get you carbs from, in all in one powders, such as PHD synergy? some brands mainly get there source from a high content of sugar and others get it from different sources such as oats and barly.

Does this make any differeance? i would like to hear your opinions please and also what you think is the best supplement out there at the moment

The best source of carbs depends on when you are going to use the product. Sugars for post workout and complex for during the day. I've only used one all-in1 product and it was Synergy (which I rate very highly). The carb content in it is quite low so it gives you flexability when to use it and you can also add other carbs to it if desired. Personaly I think most all-in-1 are very similar it's about finding one which you enjoy drinking.
Other guys and girls on here will have tried a lot more and be able to give you more feedback.

I would always favour oats as the carb source if i was to buy an all in one.

My advice is to buy all the products seperately and make your own. that way you can adjust the protein/carb/creatine/fat content as you please.

A kilo of whey, casein, egg white powder, 5 kg of oats and 500 g of creatine plus some favouring would set you back around 60-70  quid and would give you 8-9 kilo to use! You could be mix it together or put it together as you like allowing to control the quantities on a daily basis to suit your changing needs
