all-in-1 MRPs

just got a box of 20 vanilla MRPs from all in 1. for some reason they are reduced from £1 per sachet to 73p a sachet.

not had them before and im starting a new job so i need something that is quick to prepare. i tryed one this morning blended with 400ml milk for about 30 seconds.

taste - no problem really. id say its more like banana than vanilla.
texture - very thick blended with milk, imagine a mc donalds milkshake
smell - same as the taste

each sachet comes with 40g protein and 10g carbs, some fats and a load of micro nutrients.
overall for the price i would recommend them for convenience.

Is there much difference in taste and nutritional breakdown compared to MP's version?

10g carbs is surprisingly low for a MRP.
You sure that shouldn't be 100g?

    http://www.sports-nutrition.net/store.php?sub=3&id=63

also printed as 10g on the box.
ive emailed them to double check, but im pretty sure its right. would be against the law to be printing wrong things and i think theyve been in the game too long to get things wrong.

    shane: no idea sorry.

    15g carbs from that info

All-In-1s MRPs contain casein aswell which is ideal for a MRP. Think MPs are just concentrated and isolate whey. Depends on your diet and goals to which u prefer nutrition wise

Not true... Our product is a blend of WPC, WPI & Milk Protein. We also don't use any maltodextrin (only oats and barley), the sachets are 80g not 70g, we only use Sucralose and our MRP contains Digestive Enzymes.

    Our nutritionals:

    Protein (as-is) 50.7g
    Carbohydrates 35.6g
    of which sugars 3.0g
    Fat 3.1g
    of which saturates 0.5g
    of which mono unsaturates 0.6g
    of which poly unsaturates 2.0g
    Dietary Fibre 4.2g
    Sodium 119.0mg

    Our ingredients:

MP Max Tapered Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate), Low GI Carbohydrate Blend (Ultra Fine Barley, Ultra Fine Oats), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (chocolate flavours only), Mineral Blend (Potassium Chloride, Tricalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Manganese Sulphate, Zinc Oxide, Copper Gluconate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite), Dietary Fibre (Xanthan Gum), Natural Flavouring, Essential Fatty Acid Blend (Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT), Flax Seed Powder), Citric Acid (berry flavours only), Natural Colouring (only in strawberry, raspberry and banana), Vitamin Blend (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Nicotinamide, Dextrose Monohydrate, Ca-D-Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, d-Biotin), Sweetener (Sucralose), Digestive Enzyme Blend (Bromelain, Papain)
